A star is born

Bridgett's Tudor Lenormand
Today I drew Dog + Child + Stars.

The dog usually talks about a loyal friend / friendship. The child can be: either a child, or something new / small. And the stars are usually about dreams, encouragement, reputation and moving forward with clarity.

In combinations, the dog + child can mean a new dog, a child's dog, a new friendship, or the meaning that I will take from it today is being my child's friend.

The child + stars can mean several things as well. Either a new start goes well, a talented child, a child is popular.

Dog + Stars, a famous friend, or a very lucky friend.

Since this is a daily draw, I am going to make a prediction that my child will come home from school with a friend, or a bunch of them. This has been true for the last several days, and it makes me feel good that she is finally finding some loyal friends to pal around with. I also think that one of my children may confide in me about something, and I offer encouragement. I might even make a new friendship today, who knows.

Have a great day everyone.

Horsing Around Again

Bridgett's Tudor Lenormand
Here is my daily draw for the day, as I look out my window at the cloudy sky for the fourth day in a row. I miss sunshine!

Stork + Clouds + Rider

I stayed up late last night, so again today, I will pay the price with a lack of focus. (stork + clouds). It may also be due to a confusing message (clouds + rider). Sometimes when I get clouds with rider for a daily draw, it comes up as horsing around. This is probably true for me. I always end up doing things that I shouldn't be doing, instead of things that need to be done. Also (stork + rider) mirror one another and may mean a message about change.

This ought to be interesting. Enjoy your day everyone.

*update* I just got a message in my inbox telling me some news of changes made with a student loan, and it has caused me to feel a little uneasy. But it's not too bad.

Flexible & Positive

Bridgett's Tudor Lenormand - not for sale at the moment
My daily draw for today is Man + Stork + Garden.

The man and stork combination shows a man bringing changes, and the garden says that they are happy changes. Also, the man shows flexibility. The change becomes public.

Just before getting the chance to post this blog, I talked to my neighbor who is a man, and he brought good news my way. He was telling someone about me, and the person he was talking to suggested a position at a local pharmacy that is hiring full time workers. They think I will be a good fit, and they want me to fill out an application. :)

So a man did bring positive (possibility) of change to me today.

Hope everyone has a blessed day.

Lazy Days

Bridgett's Tudor Lenormand - not currently for sale
Here is my daily draw for the day. Woman + Bouquet + Clouds.

I never like it when the clouds appear, but for a daily draw it isn't so bad. Also, the weather is rainy and very windy at the moment. It has been for a few days now.

Usually when I see the bouquet and clouds combination for a daily reading, I see it as daydreaming or laziness. Of course, the woman is me. It has been a rather boring, lazy day today, and I keep looking out the window to see if the sun will appear.

The woman and bouquet, for me, usually represent a charismatic, pretty woman. A woman who is happy. But since there are clouds here, she appears troubled or confused as well.

This is all very true. There are some things in my personal life going on that are causing me a little trouble. It has yet to be resolved, and it has been a year. I am hoping by the end of summer, I will be over it and ready to take on a brighter future.

Hope everyone has a good day.

*Update*
Took my car in for an inspection today, and was surprised by some troubles. lol Oh dear. Time to find money to take care of that problem now.

Nurture Yourself

Victorian Romantic Tarot & Celtic Lenormand
The King of Cups keeps everyone working together, and is patient in trying circumstances. He also teaches with loving attentions.

The three Lenormand cards talk about a commitment to friendships & family.

I will probably communicate with one of my daughters while she is at her fathers, like we usually do. Perhaps I will find time to get together with a friend as well? Who knows. It's always a little difficult for me to be away from my kids, so I am sure I will have to preoccupy myself in a nurturing way. We should all be reminded to do that!

Have a blessed Saturday!

Too Tired to Fight

Victorian Romantic Tarot & Celtic Lenormand
Oh dear, look at the load on her back, and in her arms? She must be tired and ready to just drop everything and rest her poor aching body. But she cradles a baby in her arms, so she knows she can't just let go, but she must be more careful.

The three Lenormand cards suggest that happiness has a price, and sometimes there is unavoidable conflict.

I am not sure what all that is about, but I am guessing that I will certainly be relieved that the weekend is finally here! I get to relax, and put aside my school stuff for 24 hours before I have to start studying for the week ahead. Oh goodness, it is going to feel so good! But before I can do that, I first have to take my kids to see their father. So not up for the extra miles I have to drive.

I hope there won't be any quarrels today, because I am too tired to fight.

The Ache in My Heart

Victorian Romantic Tarot & Celtic Lenormand
I LOVE this 2 of Swords picture. It is breathtaking. The waves crashing against rocks, and the sky full of dark clouds, maybe predicting a storm that is near. But the person in the picture braces herself, and has a calm look. The muscles in her face are relaxed and untroubled. She hides stress very well, and ignores warning signs. Perhaps she is just meditating on what is to come, fearing for the future, and guarding her heart.

The three Lenormand cards that follow predict a letter from a childhood sweetheart. Maybe it will cause some aching in my heart, or remind me of troubling times. I am guessing that it will keep me on the fence about something.

We will soon see! Have a blessed day.

**Update**

I actually worked in a nursing home today where a man was visiting his wife. He told me that they have been together for many years (high school sweethearts). She always put up with his shenanigans, and he appreciates her so much. He said that they got old too fast, and forgot to talk about what measurements to use when they were unable to care for themselves. It made me sad. I cried on the way home thinking about it.
